Abstract: With increasing impact of industrialization, it is gradually being recognized that there is a need for fixed focus on sustainability. The focus on sustainability needs to be driven from the top of the organizations, namely the CEOs. We attempt to explore and understand the role of CEOs of large MNCs as influencers for propagating related information surrounding sustainability. We also want to explore, if there are inherent biases which may affect the CEOs to be inclined towards specific sustainable goals. The study has been conducted using social media analytics and data science, combined with some inferential statistics.
